1655) by Humphry Repton 1799 for Colonel Thomas
Tyndall: Tyndall’s Park now built over, garden partly
built over; sloping site carefully contoured; mature
trees and shrubs; winding paths; large retaining wall to
south and west, by Repton, preserves seclusion; late
C19 rockery; Centenary Garden 1976; recent
perimeter belt.
Now owned by Bristol University.
